Privacy Policy
About this notice
Elahi International uses this website to handle accommodation, car-service and tour enquiries and bookings. This notice explains how website account and booking information is used. Contact contact@elahiinternational.com for privacy questions. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
Information we receive
When you use an enabled sign-in provider, we receive your provider user identifier and the name and email address made available by your provider. Facebook accounts without a provider email can sign in using their verified provider identifier; a contact email is requested separately when booking. Google sign-in requests openid, email and profile; Facebook sign-in requests public profile and email when enabled. We do not ask for your social-account password. We also process the name, phone number, booking dates, guest counts, service selections, preferences, booking changes and payment references you provide. Avoid placing identity documents or sensitive information in free-text notes.
How we use information
We use account information to authenticate you and show your own bookings, contact details to respond to requests, service details to arrange bookings and changes, and payment records to reconcile transactions. Security and audit records help prevent misuse and investigate operational issues. Account information received through social login is used for these account and service purposes.
Payments and service providers
Card entry takes place through our payment provider, Ziina, when activated. This website does not collect or store raw card numbers or CVV. We retain payment identifiers, amounts and verification status. Hosting, authentication and configured email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Relevant booking details may be shared with the accommodation, driver or tour supplier needed to fulfil your confirmed service. Providers may process information outside your country.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and protect authentication requests. A social-login session cookie lasts up to 14 days unless ended sooner. The cart is stored in your browser local storage until you clear it or submit a booking. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. You can clear browser storage, but doing so removes your cart and may sign you out.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain information as needed for booking fulfilment, support, reconciliation, security, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. Some transaction and audit information may need to remain after account deletion. You can request access, correction or deletion using the instructions linked below. Requests are reviewed after proportionate identity checks, and we explain any information that must be retained and why.
Your choices and contact
You can choose whether to sign in or submit a booking, sign out, and revoke a social connection in your provider settings. Revoking a connection does not itself erase existing booking records. Email contact@elahiinternational.com to exercise privacy choices or raise a concern. We may update this notice as services change; the updated date appears above.
