Monthly master room rent is AED 5,000 per room. Sharing rates are per bed.

Submit your booking and the team confirms real accommodation or supplier availability, any deposit and final price. You can then pay using enabled payment methods from My bookings.

Debit / credit card, cash, bank transfer and BOTIM Pay. Card payments require activation. Manual collections and transfers remain unpaid until verified. Only use corporate bank or approved BOTIM instructions provided for your booking.

You can cancel or request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your first booked service, using Dubai time. Replacement dates depend on availability. Paid cancellations require separate refund reconciliation.

Confirmed room bookings have an Extend stay option. The extension is a separate booking with an additional charge and availability check.

The website uses up to 8 hours from your selected start. Overtime, tolls, parking and extra stops are quoted separately. SLK has one guest seat with a chauffeur.

Combine different categories: rooms, transport or international tours. An eligible combo receives 10% off the service subtotal. Quotes are provisional until confirmed. Removing a category removes the discount; multiple transport services alone do not qualify.
