Request deletion
To request deletion of your Elahi International account and associated personal information, email contact@elahiinternational.com from the email address used for your account. Use the subject “Elahi International — Data Deletion Request”. Include your name, sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, Apple or ChatGPT) and any booking references needed to locate your records. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details.
Verification and processing
Our team checks that the request comes from the account holder. If you cannot access your original email, explain this and we will arrange a proportionate verification method. This is a manually reviewed request; opening this page or removing a Facebook connection does not instantly delete an account. We will confirm receipt and explain the expected handling time, any verification needed, and the result or reason for a restriction.
What is covered
A deletion request covers account profile information and provider identifiers, associated active website sessions and other personal information that is no longer needed. We assess linked enquiries, preferences and booking information for deletion or anonymisation. Necessary payment, financial, dispute, fraud-prevention or other required records may be retained for the relevant purpose. We will explain any retained categories and why.
Bookings and payments
Deletion is separate from cancelling a booking or requesting a refund. Existing bookings, outstanding balances and refund requests need operational reconciliation. Contact us about any active booking at the same time; deleting a profile does not automatically cancel services or initiate a payment transfer.
Disconnect Facebook or another provider
You can also remove Elahi International from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings, or revoke access through the other sign-in provider you used. This stops the provider connection; send the deletion request above to address information already held by Elahi International. To clear a cart stored only on your device, remove items from the cart or clear this website’s browser storage.
